Across Borders es una iniciativa global, colaborativa e intercultural que cree en el diseño como una herramienta para romper fronteras y crear un impacto positivo en la sociedad. En un mundo en el que 272 millones de personas viven fuera de sus países de origen, Across Borders reivindica nuestra identidad cultural, diversidad y multiplicidad de puntos de vista, profundizando en nuestras diferencias y similitudes a través del diseño. Las fronteras son puntos de encuentro, no barreras; cruces de caminos donde todos podemos encontrarnos para imaginar un destino mejor.
En la edición de 2020, Across Borders ha conectado a más de 50 reconocidas diseñadoras, ilustradoras, calígrafas o tipógrafas de 30 países diferentes, obteniendo como resultado una colección de 30 carteles que se podrán adquirir online en la web de Across Borders hasta el 20 de diciembre con el objetivo de recaudar fondos para donar Dignity Kits a mujeres refugiadas.

Amazonian Women. Guardians of earth and life
Extractive industries in the Amazon continue to destroy indigenous territories, contaminate soil and water, killing wildlife, increasing violence against indigenous communities. In recent years, a group of courageous indigenous women has emerged in the Ecuadorian Amazon. They are in the front line fighting for the defense of their territories and working on solutions to improve the living conditions of the indigenous communities that inhabit these territories.
It is crucial to support environmental problems regardless of where you are pinned on the map. Day after day, the interconnection of our planet is becoming more evident. Any change in one place affects the survival of the rest of the planet, creatures and consequently us. The Amazon forest's prosperity is the prosperity of the human race and all other creatures living alongside us. We owe a debt of gratitude to everyone who fights to preserve the environment and the future of the Earth.
